HR Consultancy Adviser
The Role
HR Consultancy Adviser - 21 hours per week.
Are you able to work closely with managers to develop effective relationships and improve the HR experience?
Are you able to proactively manage a full and diverse caseload covering all employee relations matters and business improvement projects, whilst supporting the management of business change?
If so, we would love to hear from you.
Within this advisory role, you will:
- Be the link between the HR department and the wider business and demonstrate effective communication skills
- Be an HR generalist with a good understanding of employment law
- Be a motivated self-starter
Over the next few months, we will be assisting with the implementation of changes to our pay, reward and benefits framework. This will provide you with the opportunity to assist with embedding and securing staff/manager understanding of the changes involved.

You will need:
- Good working knowledge of the HR function, including employee relations and a basic understanding of project management principles.
