HR Manager - Linden Lodge School

We have an exciting opportunity to lead our HR team at Linden Lodge.  This is a pivotal role working to drive culture and lead the direction of the HR function.  Working with over 250 colleagues you will be providing operational and strategic support to further develop people related practices. As an experienced leader, you will represent the school with confidence and lead the team with autonomy. 


We welcome candidates who are CIPD qualified and have significant leadership experience and are used to providing advice to managers at all levels and who are equally happy to get involved with the individual people issues.
