You will be an experienced and qualified SENDCo and be passionate about inspiring children to learn and be supportive of others in sharing best practice and working collaborative with a dedicated and committed team. 

 You will have:

•    experience of working with children with ASD or who have additional learning and behavioural needs

•    Be creative, flexible and able to adapt your teaching to respond to individual learners

•    Have an understanding of children’s stages of development

•    Be able to manage a team 

•    Be committed to continuing professional development

•    Our ASD Resource Base -'The Discovery Zone' supports children from Reception to Year 6 who have a diagnosis of autism and an EHCP.  We currently have 20 children taught in two extremely well-resourced classes, each with its own sensory room and high Staff:Child ratio.
