Head of HR Systems and Management Information
The Role
- Do you have an excellent understanding of MHR’s iTrent software?
- Experience of using Business Objects as a report writing tool?
- Are you able to manage a team?

In this role, you will develop and maintain Richmond and Wandsworth’s HRIS/Payroll integrated solution (iTrent) and HR’s Management information.
The post is multifaceted and includes:
- in respect of iTrent, overseeing configuration changes, troubleshooting errors, designing and running reports
- building strong relationships with key stakeholder functions (e.g. MHR consultants, Senior colleagues in HR/IT and Finance)
- co-ordination of all HR Management information e.g. open data, Freedom of Information (FOI) and Subject Access Requests (SAR) responses.
You will lead a team of six experienced staff, working on iTrent and Management Information, defining and prioritising activities and training staff as needed.
You will create short, medium- and long-term goals and objectives. The environment is busy, with tight deadlines, therefore, you will need to be a good communicator, well organised, with excellent written, numerical and analytical skills.
