The Role

Commencing September 2020

We wish to appoint a highly motivated and committed Head of Social Science to teach Psychology and Sociology at KS5, as part of the Social Science and Enterprise Cluster. The successful candidate will be able to build on the already very positive exam results, that we have had to date.

The successful candidate will be:

• an experienced practitioner
• have experience of teaching Psychology and Sociology at KS5
• committed to working in a team
• able to lead a team of established teachers
• enthusiastic and well organised
• able to motivate and inspire students
• have a commitment to their own personal development
• willing to teach some Health and Social Care BTEC (prior experience is desires, though not essential)
