Falconbrook is a one form entry community primary school situated within the Winstanley Estate Battersea, Wandsworth.

The right leader will have:

•    A proven and successful experience in school leadership and management; 

•    The ability to inspire and motivate and to promote a culture that ensures a continuous focus on raising pupils’ achievement;

•    A proven track record of leading school improvement and raising standards;

•    Excellent relationship-building and communication skills;

•    The strategic vision and skillset to maintain and further develop partnerships between children, parents, governors and the wider community.
