About Us
The annual salary for this role is Scale 5 point 12-15. As this is a term time only role the actual annual salary paid is within the range of £14,845 - £15,597, which is pro-rata of the full time equivalent (FTE) of £29,364 to £30,852. All salary figures quoted are pre the April 2023 pay award, which is yet to be agreed.

• Support to build the appropriate skills, qualifications and/or experience needed for the role
• A supportive and strong Senior Leadership Team that leads the school with clear goals.
• An Employee Assistance Programme, offering confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The appointment will be for 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 21 hours a week, term-time only (including 5 INSET days a year). The working hours for this role are 8.30 am to 3.30pm, and half an hour unpaid lunch break. Please note that to apply for this position it is essential that you have HLTA status or QTS / QTLS.
We are looking for an excellent practitioner who:
• Will work with class teacher to raise the learning and attainment of pupils
• Will promote pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion
• Champions inclusivity
• Will give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
• Has high expectations for themselves and the pupils they support
