Job Title: Home Ownership Officer
Salary: Scale 6 £30,483 - £36,936 per annum
Contract: Secondment, Full Time (36 hours)
Location: Wandsworth
An exciting part time opportunity has arisen for a Home Ownership Officer to work as a secondment for 12 months within the Home Ownership Team to assist with the administration of the Council’s sales policy (particularly Right to Buy) and in turn provides public access to low cost and subsidised homeownership opportunities.
About the role
You must have a general knowledge of Right to buy and preferably have worked in a housing environment. The post will be part of a small friendly team providing public access to a variety of affordable housing schemes such as:
- Right to Buy
- House Purchase Grants
- Shared Ownership Nominations Scheme
- Intermediate Rent
You must be highly organised, able to multitask and prioritise, numerate, possess very good IT skills, confident, flexible and have excellent interpersonal skills.
