IT Service Desk Analyst
The Role
Are you a competent Service Desk Analyst who enjoys delivering high quality customer service?

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional IT service and as a representative of the service you must be of smart appearance, committed to customer care and be able to work with minimum supervision. This role is a hybrid office / working from home arrangement, on a rota basis. Our Service Desk is at the heart of our operation and you will play a vital role in ensuring we exceed customer expectations. You must have previous experience of working within a successful service desk and be technically competent.
We are progressing our compliance to the ITIL framework, and are keen to take on people who are ITIL aware, self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a can do, do anything, attitude.
Please note, this role is partly remote; a successful candidate will be required to work one week per month in the office.
