We are seeking to recruit an additional Inclusion Advisor to join our expanding service to progress and extend our inclusion vision with schools and settings across Wandsworth. 

We are seeking a dedicated and inspirational professional with the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Substantial experience as a SENCO or Inclusion leader within a mainstream school with demonstrable impact on removing barriers to the inclusion of children with SEND.
  • Evidence based understanding of the pedagogy for including pupils with SEND (especially those with SEMH) within mainstream classes and the ability to coach and support other teachers to implement this.
  • Ability to challenge and support school leaders to ensure the best possible provision is provided for children with SEND to enable them to achieve their outcomes.
