We are seeking a dedicated, highly skilled, innovative and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager who is personable, able to think creatively and who has experience of managing a team to work in partnership with our Headteacher and leadership team contributing significantly to the holistic outcomes of our caring and inspiring community school.
The successful candidate will provide the vision, knowledge and expertise in all aspects of inclusion with a particular focus on SEND. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and be responsible for leading and co-ordinating all elements of inclusion including the teaching of SEND students across the school to ensure high quality curriculum and extra-curricular provision along with effective teaching and learning.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational person with:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills
- The ability to be an excellent role model, exemplifying a high standard of teaching and promoting high expectations for all members of the school community.
- The ability to work with the leadership team to raise standards through staff performance management.
- Skills, knowledge and experience to assist with the development and delivery of training and strategic support for staff in the areas of inclusion including SEND, EAL, More Able and Disadvantaged pupils.
- Drive and commitment to take us forward into the next phase of our school’s development.
