Income Maximisation Team Leader

The income maximisation team is responsible for preventing debt and taking preventative action for our homeless households in temporary accommodation in both Richmond and Wandsworth
The income maximisation team is looking for an enthusiastic and committed experienced manager who can support a team of 9 officers. We need them to work collaboratively with other teams and services, particularly when managing complex cases.
You will need to have excellent customer skills, and able to give welfare debt advice to our homeless families. The officers need to be passionate in preventing homelessness as well as coming up with solutions to help families to ensure they pay their regular charges.
