Job Title: Integration Hub Project Lead

South London Partnership are looking for a dynamic Integration Hub Project lead, who will drive integration, boost partnerships across skills and employment providers and work strategically to improve access to skills training and strengthen clear pathways into good jobs.
You will be a strong project manager, a self-starter and effective communicator, with experience of building partnerships, developing strategies, creating networks and maintaining strong relationships.
You will be responsible for delivering interventions and strategies to supporting key groups of Londoners who are jobless and disproportionately impacted by Covid-19 and/or are facing vulnerabilities or structural inequalities, enabling them to access good work. You will convene and seek agreement for multiagency collaboration to create clear pathways to employment for all residents. This will be achieved by:
- Strengthening pathways for residents into employment and skills support
- Developing integrating networks to improve provider and stakeholder collaboration
- Highlighting and communicating skills and employment support available in south London
As Project Lead you will have the opportunity to make a material impact on the lives of south Londoner by increasing improving their pathways to skills and good quality jobs. You will work with multiple stakeholders to challenge structural inequalities and information and communication challenges that prevent south Londoners from access good jobs.
South London Partnership (SLP) is a small and dynamic, close-knit team, working across the 5 boroughs of Croydon, Kingston, Merton, Richmond and Sutton. The SLP team focuses on areas where collaboration leads to increased influence, increased powers and funding and better delivery of the services our residents need.
