Learning Mentor (Graduate Programme)
The Role
We would like to hire experienced and trainee practitioners with a passion for making a difference to the lives of children with autism. Our Teaching and Learning Practitioners work as a member of a class team supporting on average 8 pupils per class. You will help deliver excellent teaching underpinned by Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)/Verbal Behaviour (VB) to children and young adults with autism and associated learning difficulties. You will work individually and in small groups.
We are also looking for trainee mentors who are dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who share our mission of empowering young adults with autism to lead lives full of choice and opportunity, this will be based in our post 19 hubs.
Please note, you will need to have a psychology degree and full right to work status in order to be considered for this opportunity.
