St Anselm’s school is a small, one form entry primary school that has recently been graded as ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED.
We require a Learning Support Assistant who has the skills to support a Key Stage 2 child with Autism Spectrum Condition, and to support general classroom learning. The candidate will be expected to work well within a team and closely alongside the class teacher, to support the learning of the children in the class
The successful candidate will also be expected to undertake a lunch duty each day and there will also be optional opportunities to run after-school clubs. We offer training and support, and a full induction for new staff.
Candidates should have very good verbal and written communication skills and be sympathetic to the aims of our Catholic school.
