Ernest Bevin College is seeking enthusiastic and committed graduates to work with pupils as Learning Support Assistants. This is a hugely rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people. We will offer you the support you need to progress in your career and many of our LSAs go on to embark on QTS training and become qualified teachers.

As part of this commitment we need graduates to work within the Learning Support/Special Needs department to support identified students across the academic and social curriculum.
We need you to help some of the most vulnerable students to make the progress and achieve the results they are capable if. You will need to be flexible and be able to work under pressure. You must have an understanding of equal opportunities abs be willing to build a rapport with young people in a professional capacity.
The successful candidate(s) will join a team that will help to develop and hone the skills that enable you to have choices in your future pathway.
