Learning and Development Administrator
The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administrator in our Learning & Development team. Do you have a passion for learning and development and thrive in a busy fast paced environment? If yes, we would love to hear from you.
Our small team designs, delivers and commissions a range of staff learning opportunities for induction, leadership & management, business & administration, first aid, and IT via a variety of mediums. Additionally, we support staff and managers to identify learning needs and find appropriate solutions.
The Learning & Development Administrator is an integral role in our team. You will mainly be responsible for managing the end to end training administration process on our Learning Management Systems.
Post duties include;
- Managing training events; liaising with trainers, booking venues, organising refreshments and materials, venue set up, and monitoring bookings.
- Responding to training enquiries.
- Ordering and monitoring consumables.
- Promoting learning events.
- Raising purchase orders and invoices and ensuring accounts are settled.
What we need from you:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience of using O365 to an intermediate level
- Experience of using Learning Management Systems or similar systems.
