Learning and Development Advisor

The Role

The Learning and Development team is looking to recruit a Learning and Development Advisor to join our creative and friendly team, within HR Department. 

About the role

We are a small friendly team within a busy HR section, providing learning and development solutions and support across both councils. The role is varied and provides lots of opportunity for you to interact with a wide group of people and continuously develop your skills. You will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering a range of in-house courses, creating storyboards for e-learning packages and commissioning external courses.

To be successful

You should have a genuine passion for learning and development, be able to work flexibly and effectively and, communicate well with a wide range of people.  A working knowledge of MS Office 365 suite of packages especially Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word are essential.
