Leisure Assistant (Lifeguard), Full-Time (Richmond)

£19,804 - £21,210pa (starting salary subject to qualifications & experience)

Where you’ll be working:

You’ll join our lifeguarding team at Pools on the Park in Richmond, TW9 2SF.

Facilities here include indoor main and teaching pools, heated outdoor pool and grounds, fitness suite, health suite, café and two studio spaces.

The Centre is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you’ll be doing:

Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective.Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we’ll need from you:

You must be National Pool Lifeguard qualified (NPLQ) for this role. A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role. 

You’ll also need good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service. 

What we can offer you:

£19,804-£21,210pa plus annual performance related pay review.
