Where you’ll be working 
You’ll join our lifeguarding team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, TW11 8EZ 

 

Facilities here include main and learner pools, fitness suite, spin studio, hydrotherapy pool and studio space The Centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm. 

 

What you’ll be doing 

Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective.  Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we’ll need from you 

You must hold a UK recognised National Pool Lifeguard qualification for this role.  A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.   

 

You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service.   

 

You’ll be working rolling 4 week rota averaging 22 hours per week and this will include a mix of weekday and weekend shifts (which cover early and late shifts).

Actual starting salary will be £15,887 for 22 hours p/w

(Salary progression range is £15,887 to £18,696pa)
