Where you’ll be working
You’ll join our lifeguarding team at Pools on the Park in Richmond, TW9 2SF. Facilities here include indoor main and teaching pools, heated outdoor pool and grounds, fitness suite, health suite, café and two studio spaces. The Centre is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you’ll be doing
Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience. What we’ll need from you
You must hold a valid UK recognised National Pool Lifeguard qualification for this role (unqualified applicants will be rejected). A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.

You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in employment and provision of a service.

This is a permanent full-time role (for 36 hours per week) and you'll be expected to work the following 4 day shift rota (all year round): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 9am to 6pm. Please ensure you can commit to this shift rota before you apply.

You will need your own National Insurance Number (NINO) to be employed by us. If you are aged 16 years or older and have not been issued with a NINO yet, please contact HMRC or apply for one asap.

What we can offer you: Starting salary of £24,684pa
Salary progression range for this role is £24,684 to £28,971pa
