Leisure Assistant (Lifeguard), Part-Time 30.5 hours p/w

Where you’ll be working
You’ll join our lifeguarding team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre. Facilities here include a main pool, learner pool, fitness suite, spin studio, exercise studio and hydrotherapy pool. The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
What you’ll be doing
Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring the facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we’ll need from you
You must be National Pool Lifeguard qualified for this role. A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
