Service Manager Occupational Therapy Service

Richmond and Wandsworth now seek to recruit an excellent, value driven, resilient and ambitious person to lead its Joint Occupational Service as it innovates and develops to meet the current challenges of demand and the ambition of working in a more preventative way. As a leader of this service you will need erudite and intuitive interpersonal strengths as well as strategic skills to motivate and inspire a committed, fast paced and busy in house service. An ability to work well with front line practitioners and senior management with the aim of delivering positive change, improving performance and developing the service to sustain and thrive in the coming years and in order respond to the Health and Care White paper, is essential.
