PA to the Headteacher - Linden Lodge School
The Role
Hours: Full Time – 36 Hours per week
Working Pattern: 52 Weeks per year

Linden Lodge School is a leading provider of education for visually-impaired children and young people aged 2 – 19 years. We are constantly building and growing our provision and an opportunity has arisen to join our skilled and highly motivated team supporting the Headteacher as their PA.
This is an exciting time to join the school. In our recent OFSTED of the residential department, Leadership and Management was judged “outstanding” (January 2019) where “leaders’ expert knowledge and steadfast commitment to children have inspired them to continue their own professional journeys”. We have an impressive three acre campus in Wimbledon offering fabulous indoor and outdoor innovative facilities to support teaching and learning.
We are looking for an experienced PA to assist the Headteacher in providing administrative support in a range of key duties such as diary management, drafting of correspondence and general administrative duties. The post holder will provide effective and efficient support to the Headteacher ensuring that key tasks are completed in a timely manner to enable smooth running of key processes. The post holder will be the first point of contact and support the Headteacher with new admissions.
It is essential that the postholder is able to learn new processes and procedures quickly and effectively.
Our ideal candidate will be highly skilled in the use of key Microsoft Office functions, have excellent organisation, prioritisation and communication skills as well as the ability to manage a varied workload. The postholder will also need to have high expectations and a calm approach with a particular awareness for the need for confidentiality.
This role would suit an experienced PA with a proven track record of supporting at a senior level.
