  • Then we need you to join our front of house team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre!

Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre. Facilities here include a main pool, learner pool, fitness suite, spin studio, exercise studio and a hydrotherapy pool.  The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll be part of our front of house team, working hard to ensure that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us.
  • Providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors to the centre. Taking payments, operating a computerised till and reconciling money.
  • You’ll be working 20 hours per week on a shift rota. Hours will include a mixture of early morning and evening shifts (Early shifts start at 6.30am).You will also be required to work every other weekend as part of these shifts.

What we’ll need from you
We’re looking for someone with previous admin/office experience, who has preferably worked in a customer facing role.  You’ll also need excellent communication and organisation skills. 

In addition, knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service are required. 

What we can offer you
Scale 2: £11,002 - £12,816pa
(starting salary subject to qualifications and experience).
