The Opportunity
If you have experience in premises management and a positive, can do attitude, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Floreat Wandsworth Primary School is looking for a Premises Manager to join us on our unique journey!
Duties will include ensuring the premises are always clean and tidy, preparing plans for maintenance, overseeing security arrangements, portering, monitoring health and safety compliance and managing the premises budget.

About Floreat Wandsworth
Floreat Wandsworth is a brand new school that opened in September 2015 and is part of the GLF Schools Multi-Academy Trust. Our mission is to enable all pupils to flourish by exposing them to a knowledge-rich academic education and developing their character strengths and virtues.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
• Have recognised training/qualifications associated with premises management
• Proven building maintenance skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of building maintenance works eg plumbing, carpentry, electrical
• A good understanding of the school environment, including the safeguarding of children.

The Details
Salary: Associate 3 (£20,500 - £23,800)
Hours: 36 hours per week, split shift: 7am - 9am and 1pm - 6:15pm (6pm finish on a Friday).
Reports to: Regional Estates Partner
Contract term: Permanent
