The Role
Floreat Wandsworth Primary School is looking for a Premises Manager to support us in enhancing the environment of our school/grounds for our children to learn and develop in the best possible way.

If you are passionate about premises and facilities management, and you have a positive "can do" attitude, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you! The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in maintenance and DIY, an awareness of Health and Safety, will oversee security arrangements, and above all, ensure that the premises are well maintained and fit for purpose. Reporting directly to the Regional Estates Partner, you will manage the schools premises budget, and ensure compliance regulations are met.

About Floreat Wandsworth
Floreat Wandsworth is a brand new school that opened in September 2015 and is part of the GLF Schools Multi-Academy Trust. Our mission is to enable all pupils to flourish by exposing them to a knowledge-rich academic education and developing their character strengths and virtues.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Have good awareness of Health and Safety
- Be able to work to their own initiative
- Be capable of carrying our basic maintenance and DIY tasks
- Have good oral and written communication skills
- Have knowledge of building maintenance works (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc.)
- Be keen to contribute positively to the life of a school

The Details
Salary: Associate Specialist up to £31,000 (dependant on experience)
Hours: 36 hours per week (daily hours are split between am and pm)
Reports to: Regional Estates Partner
Contract term: Permanent
