Property Manager

About Us

Do you have the skill set to lead our teams who manage the around 2100 units of  temporary accommodation for both Richmond and Wandsworth Councils

If so, this is a unique opportunity to work in our ground-breaking shared staffing arrangement across both boroughs.

This key role is primarily responsible for providing an efficient housing management service to our homeless households for the Councils’ directly managed temporary accommodation, ensuring properties and safe and suitable and let efficiently.  

 

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Manager who can lead a diverse team of property management officers and technical staff to deliver our aims and work to our values.

 

You will be a self-motivated manager who has a track record of leading teams, ensuring targets are exceeded, through effective team development and management.

If you think you have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a very demanding front line service, we want you to apply.

We recognise the importance of a good balance between work and home life so this role offers hybrid working with up to 2 days per week working from home, on a variable pattern Please just let us know in your application or at any stage throughout the process (and beyond) if these are options you’d like to explore.
