About the role:

This is a one-year fixed-term post, with the possibility of a one year extension, in our Children and Targeted Interventions team. Your support will help keep us on track as we juggle multiple projects and commitments. As well as providing administrative support you will have the opportunity to get involved in the development and delivery of key public health programmes.

Please see the job profile for a full list of requirements. In summary you would be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Consultant in Public Health and the team, to ensure the smooth running of the department. This will include dealing with enquiries and any other activities required within the service.

In addition, we offer a range of staff benefits such as membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme, childcare vouchers, new technology scheme, interest-free loans on annual travel cards and discounts at many leisure activities, restaurants, shops and other establishments.
