Receptionist (Maternity Cover) - Gatton Primary School

The Role

Term time only (39 weeks per year), 35 Hours per week
Required for Immediate start

Gatton School is a well established voluntary aided Muslim School. Judged by Ofsted to be an outstanding school in February 2014. “The headteacher and governors are highly ambitious for the school and are continually in the pursuit of excellence.”

This role will involve receptionist duties for the whole school based at our Tooting site. It will also include attendance and welfare related duties, liaising with parents, staff and external agencies. The recording of attendance and absence marks daily and completion of all administrative duties commensurate with the role. 

You must demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a school receptionist/administrator
  • A warm and welcoming first impression.
  • Proficient telephone manner
  • Able to show a commitment to the ethos and vision of our school
  •
