Receptionist, Part-Time 25 hrs (Phone Hub) - Fixed Term Contract

Part-time 25 hours per week on 6 month fixed term contract
£14,013 per annum for 25 hrs p/w

Where you’ll be working
You’ll be working as part of the Phone Hub, the Sport & Fitness telephone service. You’ll be based at Pools on the Park in Richmond TW9 2SF, but you may be asked to work from our East Sheen and Twickenham sites if the need arises.

This 6 month fixed term contract role is for 25 hours per week on a set shift rota as follows:

  • Tuesday 1.30pm to 7.15pm (includes 30-min unpaid break)
  • Thursday 1.30pm to 7.15pm (include 30-min unpaid break)
  • Saturday 8.00am to 4.00pm (includes 45-min unpaid break)
  • Sunday 8.00am to 4.00pm (includes 45-min unpaid break)

The Sport & Fitness Service are responsible for the management of 4 dual-use Sports & Fitness Centres, Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre and Pools on the Park in Richmond, as well as a centrally based Sports Development Team.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll join our front of house team, working hard to ensure that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us.

Providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors to the centre. Taking payments, operating a computerised till and reconciling money.

What we’ll need from you
We’re looking for someone with previous admin/office experience, who has preferably worked in a customer facing role. You’ll also need excellent communication and organisation skills.

In addition, knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in employment and provision of service are required.

What we can offer you:
£14,013 per annum for 25 hours per week.
