Receptionist (Teddington TW11)
Part-Time, 29 hours per week
Actual starting salary £16,256pa

Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, Vicarage Road, Teddington TW11 8EZ. Facilities here include main and learner pools, fitness suite, spin studio, hydrotherapy pool and studio space. The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

This role will require you to work a 4 week rolling shift rota, averaging 29 hours per week as follows:

What you’ll be doing
You’ll join our front of house team, working hard to ensure that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us.

Providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors to the centre. Taking payments, operating a computerised till and reconciling money.

What we’ll need from you

For this role, you must have experience of:
- working in an office/admin or leisure environment
- dealing with the public in a customer care/customer facing role
- handing and reconciling money
- using a computerised till/making financial transactions

You’ll also need excellent communication and organisation skills.

In addition, knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service are required. 

What we can offer you:
Starting salary is £16,256pa. Current salary progression range for this 29 hour role is £16,256 to £19,096pa.
