Receptionist, Part-Time (Teddington TW11)

The Role

Receptionist, Part-Time 16hrs p/w (Teddington TW11)

  • Are you a friendly and confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and giving great customer service? 
  • Are you an organised person who can multi-task on the go?
  • Then we need you to join our front of house team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre!

Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre. Facilities here include a main pool, learner pool, fitness suite, spin studio, exercise studio and a hydrotherapy pool.   

The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of our front of house team, working hard to ensure that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us.

Providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors to the centre. Taking payments, operating a computerised till and reconciling money.

You’ll be working on a shift rota which may include a mixture of weekday earlies/lates and some weekend shifts.

What we’ll need from you
We’re looking for someone with previous admin/office experience, who has preferably worked in a customer facing role.  You’ll also need excellent communication and organisation skills. 

In addition, knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service are required. 

What we can offer you

£8,801 to £9,426 p.a. (actual salary range for 16 hours p/w).  Starting salary subject to qualification and experience.

In return, we can offer you a 16 hour working week (on shift rota) and a generous holiday allowance, plus bank holidays on top of this.
