The Role

Term Time only, 20 hours per week (9.00am until 1.00pm)
Starting date as soon as possible in September 2019

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient front line service for the school reception area for the daily demands of parents, staff, pupils, visitors and outside agencies.  Strong communication skills; oral, written and face to face and sound organisational skills are required, as is the ability for accurate record keeping and processing. This key person is responsible for operating the school’s main telephone communications system, for all incoming and external mail, completing school registers accurately and reporting monthly statistics.

With 950 pupils and a thriving, popular sixth form, the caring Christian community within the school, together with the close-knit team of dedicated and friendly staff have achieved excellent academic success.

Located in the beautiful residential area of Southfields the transport links are excellent.

The nearest underground station is Southfields (District line – zone 3 and less than a 5 minute walk) which is only 5 minutes from Wimbledon station and 16 minutes from Earls Court. The area is also well served by numerous bus connections to Clapham Junction and
Richmond.
