Receptionist and Administrative Assistant - Honeywell Junior School

The Role

Permanent, 35 hours/week, term-time only
September 2019 (with the possibility of some transition days during August)   

Honeywell Infant and Junior Schools are successful three-form entry schools between Wandsworth and Clapham Commons.  Both schools have been deemed to be ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and each school has its own Headteacher and staff, whilst they successfully share responsibility for the buildings and the combined work of the administration, catering and premises staff. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist and Administration Assistant with excellent communication and IT skills, who is willing to learn all aspects of this sometimes demanding but always rewarding role within the happy and efficient administrative team.  Responsible to the School Business Manager, you will have the opportunity for professional development and training in all aspects of school administration.

Working hours will be 8am – 3.30pm but there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.  Job shares may also be considered.
