The Role

Receptionist, Full-Time, 36 hours per week
Pools on the Park, Richmond TW9
Starting salary £20,740pa

Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the team at Pools on the Park in Richmond. Facilities here include an outdoor pool, indoor main and teaching pools, fitness suite, cycle studio, exercise studio, health suite, café and outdoor grounds.  The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

This role is for 36 hours per week on a shift rota, that is likely to consist of a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll join our front of house team, working hard to ensure that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us.

Providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors to the centre. Taking payments, operating a computerised till and reconciling money.

What we’ll need from you
For this role, you must have experience of:
- working in an office/admin or leisure environment
- dealing with the public in a customer care/customer facing role
- handing and reconciling money
- using a computerised till/making financial transactions

You’ll also need excellent communication and organisation skills.

In addition, knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service are required. 

What we can offer you:
Starting salary is £20,740pa. Current salary progression range is £20,740 to £24,123pa.
