The Role

Part time Hours per week – 8:00am to 1:00pm - Monday to Friday (with potential to increase hours)
Term Time Only - 38 weeks per year
Required from September 2019

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, engaging and highly motivated Receptionist/Admin Assistant who can work within strict timescales and adapt to the daily requirements of a busy office, to join our enthusiastic and committed office team in September 2019.

You will have experience of a customer-facing role, excellent administration skills and a high level of keyboard and organisational skills.  You will be our first point of contact for all visitors and enquiries to the school so will need to be comfortable with adults and children alike, in person, on the telephone and by email.  You will provide a positive and customer orientated reception service.  You will enjoy undertaking a variety of tasks and bring a flexible and creative approach to your work.  The successful candidate will understand the need for confidentiality at all times.

We are a highly supportive team and we have a warm and welcoming ethos.  The successful applicant would be expected to contribute to maintaining and developing this environment.
