Receptionist/Administrator - West Hill Enhanced Children’s Centre
The Role
25 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm)
Our team offers emotional and practical support to Wandsworth families with young children with disabilities, special needs or complex medical needs along with delivering high quality play and learning activities that promote children’s development.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to deliver the administrative functions of the centre and to positively represent the service as the first point of contact for our families and partners.
We can offer you the opportunity to work with an experienced, adaptable and committed team in a well-resourced centre environment.
You will have:
• Recent, relevant experience of working in an administrative/receptionist role ideally involving children and families
• Excellent IT, data entry and organisational skills
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to relate well to others
• The ability to work independently and flexibly under pressure.
