Are you an experienced skilled Accountant with understanding of rent setting and/ or leaseholders charges then look no further for your next opportunity.
You will manage the Property Accounts team which comprises of two areas specialising in property charge functions: service charges for leaseholders and managing rent accounts for social housing tenants.
You will have overall responsibility for the accurate raising and calculation of charges for tenant’s rents including service charges and ensuring the effective billing of service charges for leaseholders.
One of the key elements of this role for the near future will be working with others to ensure successful implementation of a new IT system for calculating leaseholders service charges which will involve testing, report writing, training for the end users to ensure that service charges can be accurately calculated according to lease agreements.
You will have outstanding communication skills with a positive attitude, be able to problem solve and support your team to provide the best possible service to our residents and leaseholders.
