We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and hard-working Residential Team Leader to manage and supervise staff within our residential provision.
As the Team Leader, you will motivate children and staff to reach their full potential through positive role modelling, mentoring, planning and breaking down of barriers. The postholder will also have experience of coordinating and managing shifts within a residential or similar setting and possesses previous experience working with Children and Young People.
Our ideal candidate will be experienced in working within children’s residential care, a good understanding of the needs and risks regarding children in a residential setting and an ability to build positive relationships with young people and staff. Experience of taking on leadership responsibilities in a similar setting would also be an advantage.
Candidates must possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or be willing to undertake the qualification
