Our Rent Collection Service is looking to recruit a Revenue Services Support Officer on a 6 month contract to join our amazing team and help play a central role in achieving positive outcomes for our tenants.
About the service
The Rent Collection Service (RCS) is responsible for collecting rent from all tenants of residential and non-residential properties such as garages and store sheds.

You will be joining a high performing and friendly team that support each other to make sure we provide the very best services to our tenants.
About the role
This is an interesting and varied role that includes the following:
- First line telephone support to our tenants covering basic advice, benefits, and signposting/referrals as necessary.
- Knowledge of possession action to advise tenants of the implications of non-payment of rent.
- Administration duties ranging from correspondence allocation, refund preparation and initialising various payment methods, including verification of Landlord Portal requests from DWP.
