An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who is inspirational, dedicated and motivated to become a SENCo here at Trinity St Mary’s CE Primary School.

As a SENCo you will lead, monitor and evaluate the development of teaching and learning strategies for pupils with SEN. You will also need to provide staff across the whole school with access to appropriate subject based professional development and lead on raising standards of student attainment and achievement with SEN pupils in all year groups.
You will need to have experience of working with children and have QTS. In addition, you will need to demonstrate a track record in raising standards, be a creative thinker who is able to inspire and motivate children and be committed to working in partnership with the whole community, including the church.
