Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the membership and sales team at Pools on the Park, Old Deer Park, Twickenham Road, Richmond TW9 2SF. Facilities here include an outdoor heated pool, indoor main and teaching pools, fitness suite, cycle studio, exercise studio, health suite, café and outdoor grounds. The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work as part of the team on the promotion and sale of Direct Debit and Annual memberships, Richmond Card and selling activities across all our sites.
Key responsibilities will include giving centre tours, advice on membership offers, along with daily marketing and email correspondence.

What we’ll need from you
You must have:
- Previous experience of working in a health & fitness environment or relevant sales experience.
- Strong financial, admin, IT and customer service skills.
- A First Aid qualification.
Although not essential, it would be desirable for you to have a recognised fitness qualification, or a sports/recreation/management or sales qualification.
The shift pattern for this post involves working a 16 hour shift rota each week, which will include some weekend working.
What we can offer you – Starting salary of £9,218pa.
With a salary progression range of £9,218 to £11,110pa for this scale 3 role.
