This year Our Lady of Victories RC Primary School (OLV) in Putney is celebrating 100 years of providing an excellent education for our children.
We are looking for an experienced manager, with strong financial, HR and interpersonal skills to join our team. You will be part of our Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic planning of the school, and will be responsible for managing finance, HR liaison, health and safety, facilities and administration. A welcoming, responsive and efficient School Office is a priority for OLV.
Essential for the role:
- CSBM/DSBM qualification or equivalent business/financial management qualification
- Experience of strategic planning within a school setting
- Previous responsibility for managing budgets and contracts, working to ensure the most appropriate use of school funds
- HR and people management experience
- Extensive experience of working with ICT systems, including SIMS/Budget software, and evidence of using technology to streamline processes
- Knowledgeable about Health and Safety legislation and how this relates to school building management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Adept in researching, prioritising, problem solving, communicating ideas, challenging where appropriate
- Experience of working effectively with the LA and the local community (we also work closely with the Diocese)
- A commitment to the ethos of the school
- Excellent attention to detail
