Are you looking to work in a forward thinking, supportive school? One where children have a real desire to learn and an enthusiastic and respectful atmosphere exists between children and adults.
Allfarthing is looking to a part time Senco for September 2023 to cover our existing Senco who will be on maternity leave. Our current SENCO will be leaving at the end of September so there will be an overlap of roles to support with transition.
We wish to appoint someone who has experience of the role and preferably with the NASENCO qualification, who is an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations of themselves and children. We have a thriving community and are looking for applicants who inspire our children and who leads with kindness. As the role is part time it will mainly focus on managing our current provision, the application of new EHCP’s and managing external agencies and support. The role is also not be classed based.
