The Role

32.75 per week 8.30am – 4.00pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8.30am – 4.45pm Wednesday, 8.30am-3.30pm Friday (1 hour lunch break) – 40 weeks per annum (including 5 staff training days and 5 days during school holidays)

Balham Nursery is looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and diligent senior administrator to work as part of our Business Team.  If you are calm and able to work under pressure and are warm and friendly, we would like to hear from you.

You will play a central role within our whole school team, ensuring the effective administrative day to day running of our nursery.  This position would suit someone who has experience of working in a busy office environment, is able to multi-task, be proactive and is highly organised.  For this post, excellent inter-personal skills are essential as you will be supporting children and families on a daily basis.  Maintaining confidentiality and dealing with matters sensitively will be key features of this role.

• Knowledge and confident use of Microsoft Office suite and databases
