Senior Administrative Officer

The Role

If you're highly organised and have previous administration experience in a busy environment, then we would love to hear from you.

This is a 6 month Fixed Term contract. You will manage the administrative support team and provide both clerical and administrative support to a wide-range of professionals, either as part of a team or individually. You will be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks. You will also supervise the work of the team.

The role varies day to day with lots of responsibility. Most work involves both written and oral communication, spreadsheets, word processing and typing, and requires IT, organisational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
