An exciting opportunity to join our well established and dynamic children’s centre team to support staff and families in providing high quality early years programming for our most vulnerable children.

Our children centre model is based on several key government policies and guidance which focuses on high quality programming and partnerships to improve outcomes for young children, reducing inequalities for families in greatest need and work collaboratively with a range of partners in health, education, social care.

Early Years Seniors are part of the management team that deliver the Children’s Centre programming all year round. You will ensure that the quality of the work undertaken is of a consistent high standard and that the voice of the family and child are central in all early year’s programming, including partnership working.
About you
We are seeking Early Years Senior Practitioners with a wealth of experience of working with children and parents who need additional support to thrive. Our Early Years Seniors will be expected to model excellent practice on a daily face to face bases within the programme and within the wider early years sector.
- You must have sound experience and working knowledge on children’s development and early years, with an excellent understanding of the EYFS/Development Matters and 1001 Days.
- You will provide supervision and day to day management of staff including early years practitioners and support staff ensuring that they are provided with strong management, reflective practice, and supervision.
- You will work closely with our partners in education, health, and social care to ensure a strong programme of services are delivered.
