The Role
About the role
We are looking for an exceptional individual with strong communication and leadership skills to join our Pensions Shared Service as a Senior Team Leader - Benefits.
As a Senior Team Leader in our Benefits Team, you will have the opportunity to build on your managerial experience. Your responsibilities will include checking work, ensuring performance indicators are maintained, advising our customers, and improving processes. This role requires good technical knowledge of the LGPS and the ability to drive continual improvement.
We are based in Wandsworth and deliver the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme for five London boroughs: Camden, Merton, Richmond, Waltham Forest, and Wandsworth.
