Sixth Form Site Officer - Southfields Academy
The Role
35 hours per week (Full Time)
Term Time Only – 39 weeks per year
Start date: as soon as possible
We are seeking to appoint a Sixth Form Support Officer to provide comprehensive support to the Sixth Form, including supporting behavioural strategies across the two year groups.
The role would involve supporting the Senior Leadership Team and site officers to oversee student conduct and dress code adherence and assist with the maintenance of good order in the sixth form areas of the Academy.
Applicants require GCSEs in Mathematics and English and a degree would be an advantage. Good interpersonal, organisational and computing skills are also required.
Staff wellbeing is high on the agenda and our dedicated emotional wellbeing and mental health workers are proactive in the support they offer our staff.
Southfields Academy has been graded Good or Outstanding by Ofsted for the past 20 years.
The Academy has a strong and stable staff at all levels, with good staff retention.
